Questions?
Let’s make it clear.
How do I choose between single vision, multifocal and bifocal lenses?
It depends on your prescription and the distances at which you need help seeing. Our team can explain the differences and discuss your reading, work and everyday tasks.
Can I use my existing prescription?
Bring your current prescription and glasses so we can review them with you. If your vision has changed or your prescription needs updating, an eye examination may be recommended.
Can I put new lenses into my own frames?
Some existing frames can be reglazed. We will check their condition, shape and suitability for the new lenses before advising you.
Can my sunglasses be prescription?
Many sunglass frames can accommodate prescription lenses, but suitability depends on the frame and prescription. Our team can help you explore the options.
Will a blue light filter help with screen discomfort?
Screen discomfort can have several causes, including dry eyes, focusing demands and an uncorrected prescription. A blue light filter is not a substitute for assessing these issues. Tell us about your symptoms so we can discuss suitable advice.
